How to Get Started
- Go to the Viva Engage login page.
- Sign in using your DDN corporate credentials (email and password).
- If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) as required by IT security.
- Once logged in, explore your homepage and join relevant groups.
- Update your profile with a picture and relevant details to personalize your experience.
Posting a Message
- Click on the "Discussion" button on your Viva Engage homepage.
- Type your message in the text box.
- Add any images, documents, or links by clicking the corresponding icons.
- Select the audience for your post (e.g., a specific group or all employees).
- Click "Post" to share your message.
Responding to Posts
- To comment on a post, click the "Reply" or "Add a comment" option below the message.
- Type your response in the text box.
- Click "Reply" or "Post" to submit your comment.
- Use the "Like" button to acknowledge or appreciate a post.
