Welcome to Viva Engage! This platform is designed to foster collaboration, communication, and a sense of community across DDN. To ensure a positive and professional experience for everyone, please follow these simple communication guidelines and get started with the basics below:

How to Get Started

  1. Go to the Viva Engage login page.
  2. Sign in using your DDN corporate credentials (email and password).
  3. If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) as required by IT security.
  4. Once logged in, explore your homepage and join relevant groups.
  5. Update your profile with a picture and relevant details to personalize your experience.

Posting a Message

  1. Click on the "Discussion" button on your Viva Engage homepage.
  2. Type your message in the text box.
  3. Add any images, documents, or links by clicking the corresponding icons.
  4. Select the audience for your post (e.g., a specific group or all employees).
  5. Click "Post" to share your message.

Responding to Posts

  1. To comment on a post, click the "Reply" or "Add a comment" option below the message.
  2. Type your response in the text box.
  3. Click "Reply" or "Post" to submit your comment.
  4. Use the "Like" button to acknowledge or appreciate a post.
